Always a few issues

Overall, this is a good, user friendly... However, there are at least one or two errors that need to be overridden every year. This year, the software does not properly handle §111 adjustments or the wage worksheet on the MA non-resident return.

This is an excellent product

I have not have had to go through the individual tax forms for years now. TurboTax asks easily understandable questions and converts that to IRS-ese for me so I don't need to.
What's great about it: Walks me through *everything*.

Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I am comfortable on how to enter the data. If there is a question, the help screens pop up and have general answers to my questions. I have not had any problems using the software. In general, I believe that I get all of the allowable deductions before paying my tax. I will probably use it again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Got all of tax info correct for refund.
What's not so great: Redundant on State Tax and Audit protection

Excellent as always

I have used TurboTax for 20 years and as the complexity of my taxes have increased, there has always been a TurboTax available to simplify the complexity. I started with TurboTax basic years ago. Then switched to Deluxe when my tax situation required it. Due to retirement, investments, et al, I have graduated to Premier. Every upgrade has kept the complexity of completing my taxes within my abilities to fully understand the process. It is the only tax program I will ever use.
What's great about it: Simplicity, user friendly, step by step prevents mistakes
What's not so great: Absolutely none

Turbo Tax is Great for Filing 1040 Returns

I have used Turbo Tax for 3 years now and am always pleased with how easy it is.
Each consecutive year seems to be easier.
Great for finding deductions for college expenses and itemized charitable donations.

What's great about it: Previous year's tax information is retrieved to save input, tax documents can be retrieved from bank.
What's not so great: No cons for me.

Tax Prep Made Easy Year after Year

When I got to E=filing the process would not accept the long provider name as shown on the W2 and 1099-R forms. TurboTax allowed me to enter the whole long name but E-filing balked and refused to send until I shortened the name

What's not so great: Limit on W2/1099-R provider name in E-filing
