Why did you change process for printing when work was completed? This time you messed it up.
What's great about it: Easyto use and accurate except con below.
What's not so great: Ran just fine until time to printout. confusing process going to PDF and then trying to find "print",

Very helpful program

I did my taxes by hand last year and this year was much easier with TurboTax. The price seems high until you have to do them by hand.
What's great about it: easy to follow and go back to all tax areas
What's not so great: Print was small on the help information

Great Software

Have used Turbo Tax for years and have found very few flaws. in the early years there were some downloading and installation hassles but I have not seen those in years. I really like the new security functions that have been installed with the new software. I am still insecure about doing the returns online so I still download the software to my computer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you efoortlessly through return

TurboTax is SO easy to use! Been using it for several years now, and have never had any problems. Even when I had my own business years ago and filing taxes were more complicated, TurboTax walked me through it easily. Highly recommend!

I have been using Turbo Tax for almost as long as it has been available, at least 15 years. It just keeps getting better!
What's great about it: Simple to use if you can read.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
