I've used Turbo Tax for twenty years and can contest to the quality. Over the years, it has continued to improve while keeping up with changes of the tax code.
What's great about it: Simple, Fast, and Easy.
What's not so great: Tax advise from the expert can be improved.

I like the way TurboTax walks me through all of the details of itemizing my deductions. It almost makes filing a tax return a joy!

Best way to do taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I find it very simple and easy to use. It tracks from year to year so last years entries are shown which helps ensure all the items are considered. If you use a tax professional you have to get all the documents together and answer all the questions asked by Turbo Tax so it is no more complicated than using a professional and in my opinion easier and available at my convenience.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guided steps all the way
What's not so great: Sometimes things don't work as they might so you have to take another tack.

turbo tax ez to do

Turbo tax is great. I do about 10 returns a year and each year the software has been fabulous. I like being able to go back and review and enter additional info.
What's great about it: easy of use
What's not so great: tax laws are way too crazy
