I have been using turbotax for as long as I can remember and have always been more than satisfied. I love being able to download financial info form my bank as it saves tons of time and is as accurate as it can get. I definitely recommend this tax preparation software.

I LOVE HOW THE STRUCTURE MAPS ME THRU ALL OF THE AREAS THAT I NEED TO COMPLETE MY INCOME TAX EACH YEAR.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE, COVERS ALL PERTINENT ITEMS
What's not so great: LONGER AND LONGER EVERY YEAR - MUST BE BECAUSE IRS KEEPS ADDING FORMS

Too many update downloads

What's great about it: Supported down loading information from banks and investments.
What's not so great: The product sold on disk required too many on-line updates to be useful.

On scale of 1 to 10, TurboTax is a 2. I doubt I'll waste my money again.

Overall a great program... one request would be the ability to print any single screen instead of just flagging and being able to look back.

Turbo Tax software does not import from Fidelity. It says it does, and then it makes me answer all the questions twice. And the amount changes each time I answer them. So I never quite feel that it is accurate.
What's great about it: Once you get there it is easy
What's not so great: Importing is not always accurate. Too much work.
