Have used Turbo tax every year since they came out with the first program on floppy disks.

Much Easier!

Would like to see a simple, data entry version of TT that if your tax situation has not changed, and you have used TT repeatedly over the years, you could just input your numbers. Yet, when you know a life event or other change has occurred, you can choose to do the "interview" mode.
What's great about it: Thanks for returning Premier to it's "natural" state!

Still the best

This year Turbo-Tax purchased from a retailer was reluctant to cooperate with the Intuit website on payment for state e-filing. A live Customer Service representative cut through the problem immediately. No more problem.
What's great about it: Customer Service was great.
What's not so great: Required help from Customer Service.

Low stresss

I was happy with the questions the program asked when I entered info that didn't match. Foreign Tax Credit was something I totally depended on the program to guide me through and it did.
What's great about it: I like the way the program walked me through each level of my filling
