Good overall

Several times while filling out forms in Turbo Tax I needed to review a previous entry and had great difficult finding it. At the end of the program were payment fees. I could find no reason for the filing fee so I changed my method of payment for "Audit Defense" and tried to see if it eliminated the fee. I could never return to that page. I still don't know if I was charged a filing fee.
What's great about it: Auto upload of Dividends and Investments
What's not so great: Hard to navigate to a previous page

What's great about it: Good software as usual.
What's not so great: Had a tough time with a 1099-MISC that I wasted an hour on. It wanted business info but I don't have a business.

A few bumps in the road a few years ago but still makes doing my taxes very easy. I had a Traditional IRA conversion this year and had a IRA cost base applied to this conversion. Your system handled all the numbers and created all the forms needed. Big Thanks to your development guys.

Overall A pretty good experience, but you need to show me how to contact someone by phone to get help.
What's great about it: software for the return is great
What's not so great: I kept getting a message that when I tried to e file I had to do a updatge and it would not take. After about 15 tries

With limited income and deductions, TT was easy to use.

The program needs an index to all data entry screens, for example to enter or change the IRA contribution amount.
What's not so great: It was difficut to find where in TT where to enter information that I forgotto enter or entires to change.

Sale of rental property used for business as opposed to personal home used as rental property needs to be more clearly defined in terms of how to access the proper fields. The special treatment yes/no needs more prominent description of which choice would be the proper one in different applications.
What's great about it: In general very consistent format with previous years and i general easy to follow prompts.
What's not so great: Sale of rental property is very difficult to comprehend and difficult to access. Needs more clarity.
