pretty much the same as usual. TT does a great job of taking numbers & putting them in the right places, with a few minor exceptions. Most people would never encounter these. Most issues are more because the tax code is too complicated. Hopefully TT won't find an issue later in the year, like they did last year with MO treatment of ACA premiums. (however, they at least found that issue, notified me, and I submitted an amended return for the refund due me.)
Biggest issues I still have are the inconsistency between screens (income & expenses), TT's inability to remember where I was & what I've done already, the inability to print out the form or screen I'm looking at (some forms & worksheets CAN NOT BE PRINTED), and the program's inability to figure out dates. Do I really have to take a screen print of an issue to review later? Do we really have to provide mm/dd/yyyy?

Simple and Easy

This is my fifth year using Turbo Tax and I've yet to be disappointed. I will continue to use every year.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is so easy to use and afordable.
What's not so great: I found no problems or issues.

Got through another year of tax season stress

I have used this program for 25+ years because the IRS filing requirements are so complicated for the average person and I refuse to pay someone to do my taxes. There's a version for every situation I have encountered over the years (Business/Personal filings).
What's great about it: Program works very well
What's not so great: some goto forms entries are difficult

Easy as Pie

What a life saver! We saved well over $3500 by using Turbo Tax for our federal and state returns this year. To be fair, I had all my ducks in order before signing onto the system, so I didn't need to stop and look for information. But once I got started, I was done in just about 3 hours. And I am more than confident that my returns are accurate!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use!! The system walked me through everything!!.
What's not so great: Only snag was finding where to enter estimated taxes payments.

Always reliable

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years, and even when i've lost my program due to crashes, Intuit let me download the year I had lost.
What's great about it: Easy access & updates
What's not so great: I have to update my XP next year.

Turbo Tax is a life-saver!!

We own 10 rental properties and using TurboTax Premier makes tax time less stressful. I had difficulty downloading this year (my fault) and the customer service team was extremely helpful.
I've been using TurboTax since it was MacIntax!! I couldn't do my taxes without TurboTax.
