Complicated return made easy by Turbotax

I could go on forever on Pros of using Turbotax but there is a word character limit. Pros continued... allows form import, imports W-2's and 1099 etc..., allows save pdf of all forms and worksheets, walks you through step by step asking series of fun questions, You get to watch your return get higher and higher each time you enter a deduction found for you... I have been using for 2 years now and I wished I would have tried it sooner. Can't see how anyone could make a mistake using this software. Incredible!
What's great about it: Saves time, fun, user friendly, gets you maximum return, auto completes all forms and math, checks return, free efile
What's not so great: Must pay renewal fee each year, but well worth it

What's great about it: it goes fast
What's not so great: Mac users now have to have OX 10.9.5 or higher. This disenfranchised all older Mac users.

What's great about it: Navigating was easier this year
What's not so great: I did not like that they asked me for a military W-2 at end, when I already inputted at beginning

Great program

For several years I have used TT and each year I find it very difficult to find the tax prepayment estimate area. The walk through area, as well as form area do not have a clear path to the form and changing things to adjust tax prepayments for the next year. The help menu is no help. It would be wonderful if you could make it a clear choice somewhere, or fix the help menu to take you there. I have to come back to this area several times as I plan the next year. Other than that, TT is awesome.
What's great about it: easy to use, can walk you through, or let you work on own
What's not so great: hard to find and change tax prepayments on TT.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
