Problem - Various as a response but Excellent

In several places, "Various" is appropriate but not permitted for some unknown reason. If multiple dates are required give a place for multiple dates.
What's great about it: Generally very good.
What's not so great: Various not permitted in some places it is needed.

I like Turbo Tax because its complete and gets to everything in an organized way. Much better than guessing!
What's great about it: Sure to get everything. Received a credit I didnt know existed
What's not so great: Having to pay extra for a second state return

I hate doing taxes. With TurboTax the pain and suffering is made a little more bearable.
What's great about it: Helps eliminate forms that I don't understand and don't need to file.
What's not so great: Doing taxes is a painful experience. (However, that is not TurboTax's fault.

Excellent resource

Overall an excellent program that provides ease and confidence in submitting tax forms. With up-to-date IRS laws implemented into the program, I had plenty of confidence that everything was submitted appropriately. Even with owning a couple of houses, the software made taxes understandable enough for a non-professional. I have used it for several years now and plan on continuing to use it.
What's great about it: Easy walk-through questions. Easy to understand.
What's not so great: It is not exhaustive in all explanations.

The revisions for navigating through the pages made things easier. Short topics to see if I needed to consider the topic, and a pop-up window with more information.

Hard to print to file

File by mail was very difficult.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: I filed by mail. Yours commands directed me to "print preview" or "save as PDF". No "print to file" command.
