Love using the software! I have been using Turbo Tax all these years! I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

When entering data thru ten or so fields you should not have to go from the top to the next field The program should go directly to the next field.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: should not have to come down from top every time

Money Well Spent

TurboTax is a wonderful product. I've used it since 2001. If you can use a computer, you can file your taxes with TurboTax.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax since 2001. Their format from year-to-year is consistent and easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Last year, I filed using an Identity Protection Personal ID Number. TurboTax didn't catch it and I had to re-efile.

Overall, this is the only way to go.
What's great about it: really walks you through it
What's not so great: Access of turbo tax/quicken Ids very difficult - seemed to change from last year.

TurboTax Premier

I'm a long-time user of TurboTax, and I appreciate the convenience of using TurboTax compared to doing my tax returns "manually" every year. Nevertheless, I would like to have had some further automated assistance with a few topics, such as recording mileage credit for volunteer work (I don't recall seeing it addressed any place, or I missed it) and addressing medical expenses toward an itemized deduction (it wasn't made obvious to me that insurance premiums count toward the allowed expenses, or I missed it last year - and, almost, again this year).
What's great about it: Automated simplicity and convenience
What's not so great: Further insight into certain subjects would be helpful as you go.
