Pretty good

Generally, very good. The IRS is a mess, though.
What's great about it: Simple. straightforward
What's not so great: Sometimes could be clearer

Clear and Easy Directions

Once all my paperwork was available from my various financial institutions, inputting everything into the system was pretty much a breeze. I am confident that my data was entered properly and my chances of an audit are very low - all while maximizing the refund I will receive.
What's great about it: Detailed Instructions, Connectivity to almost all banks and investment companies
What's not so great: Some questions are complex but that is the nature of the tax code.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

"TurboBoost"

We've been using TurboTax for years in lieu of paying a pro-accountant to do the work for us. I've learn lots about tax laws, deductions, etc., and the program continues to be an asset to my busy schedule year-n and year-out. Turbo Tax offers the best program for any amount of my money.
What's great about it: Everything: e.g., step-by-step even tho' we've been using it for years!
What's not so great: none that I can think of!

Had some confusion during the smart check. Also computer decided to go into a rapid oscillating mode during the smart when clicking on any of the menu items. Resolved problem by go to task management, getting out of program and restarting. Otherwise all was good.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Straight forward

Rental Confusion

Unless you take the self-guided tour instead of TurboTax walking you through the deductions, you may have a difficult time locating where to add your Rental Property Deductions and Expenses.
What's great about it: Helpful and supportive
What's not so great: Hard to find Rental Expenses

make a program that includes everything like it says on the box! why do i have to pay twice more when i get home and start doing taxes?

What's not so great: it said everything was included, but twice i had to enter my credit card.

Not always easy to navigate

When I skip parts because I don't have the information, it is not easy to find my way back to that part once I have the information. Also, it would be helpful at times to do a print screen of the page I am on, but that is not available.
