I WISH ALL SOFTWARE WORKED LIKE TURBO TAX! IT TURNS SOMETHING VERY VERY COMPLICATED INTO SOMETHING EASY AND USER FRIENDLY.

Honestly seems to get easier every year--no doubt due to constant tweaking & upgrading by their programmers & engineers. I have used this product for 16 years and not once have I had regrets.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy, accurate.
What's not so great: Nothing significant.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Step by Step

The step by step question and answer software allowed me to get through my taxes flawlessly. Been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years.
What's great about it: Simply answered questions and proceeded through the entire return.
What's not so great: None

Smooth Sailing

I was a little surprised at the end when
the driver's license was asked for but I know that's the IRS.
