Easiest and quickest filing I've ever experienced. Very straight-forward format and love the transfer of info direct from financial institutions.
What's great about it: TURBO asks questions and I provide answers.
What's not so great: None with this 2015 Premier version!

After down loading an update and doing the return, I waited a week just to make sure I didn't forget something. I wanted to go back into the file and make some changes. I had to down load an update again.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walked me through every step.
What's not so great: I started with a CD and the first thing I had to do was down load an update.

What's not so great: Since I bought also NY state tax prep I had difficult time not to complete a NY tax return in spite I live in Florida

TurboTax Premium for Mac

Started and saved a return, reopened and worked on return next day. when I reopened the turbotax the third day I was notified of an update. when the download and update completed, I tried to reopen the return I had been working on only to find it had been deleted during the update/install process!
What's great about it: easy to use, flows from topic to topic, quick e-filing!
What's not so great: update removed previously saved return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Cannnot file state return with Apple

Worked fine until I tried to connect with the store at Intuit to pay to file my California taxes. I had to go on line to a help board and actually add a line of programming to get Turbotax to work with my Apple Mac. This is a well known issue to Intuit, and even after 2 weeks from my first try they have not corrected the Issue.
What's great about it: Still easy to use (until you try and file)
What's not so great: Will not connect with server to allow payment to Intuit
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Why pay for a tax person when I have Turbo Tax. Thank you for saving me a boat load of money.

This application year in and year out removes ALL of the stress, uncertainty and angst from tax return processing!
