Haven't done our taxes in 20 years as were always went to a CPA. I can't believe I paid for a service that I could have done myself. Great experience and fun for me too.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Nothing. Turbo Tax is great

Used and trusted for years

I have used Turbo Tax for years. One year I used the competitor's software, and hated it. One year I took my taxes to a tax preparer. They charged me a bundle and did nothing more than I could have done with the software. Every since I have gone back to Turbo Tax. I trust it and it is very comprehensive.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate, informative
What's not so great: frequent downloads
