HOPEFUL

IT WAS FAIRLY EASY FOR SOMEONE TO USE THAT NEVER DOES TAX WORK OR ACCOUNTING. I WISHED TURBO TAX WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME OF SOCIAL SECURITY CHANGES THAT MADE ME PAY MORE TAXES.
What's great about it: QUICK AND EASY TO USE
What's not so great: WASN'T INFORMED SOCIAL SECURITY ADJUSTMENTS CHANGED AND NOT INFORMED BY TURBO TAX

Easy as pie

Have used Turbo Tax for years. Very good product. Wouldn't ever think of going back to manual preparation. My only gripe is that you need to buy Premier to import your brokerage information or else enter it manually in Deluxe. Most people have some investments to report. Importing this data should be part of the standard product.
What's great about it: Simplifies the process considerably
What's not so great: Need Premier to import data from financial institutions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

That was EASY!

The job used to be torture. I remember reading the same IRS instruction sentences 4 or 5 times and still no idea what they wanted. Now the job eliminates guess work and I'm ready to file in in a couple of hours.
Gather the records,answer the questions and enter the numbers.
Then Turbo tax filles out the forms for you and guarantees accuracy. It is a great product.

What's great about it: Saves Time and Money...Plus I did it myself

Awesome Job in preparing my taxes again

I have been using Turbo tax since 2001. Its very simple to use no matter how complicated my taxes get from year to year. More children, buying and selling personal own houses, rental houses, military deployments...EASY. no issues that Turbo Tax cant handle

Fast and Fun

Fun using Turbo Tax for the 10th year!
So great to have all of my prior years information uploaded and not have to hunt to find it. It is more user friendly this year.

I used to do my taxes long hand for years. This product is the best thing since white bread!
What's great about it: Walking thru the forms
What's not so great: Not seeing how the entries affect my refund/payment
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
