Easy and Fast and Accurate

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. The support and accuracy has been outstanding. I have purchased the audit support every year and have used it twice. They were able to work with the IRS and resolve the situation. I will continue to use this tax program because of the confidence I have in the software and integration to the IRS and data feeds.
What's great about it: Ease of use and audit support

The Good and the Ugly

I use Premier due to retirement IRA issues with stock trades. I encountered a couple of problems ... a "Get more information" that didn't, and inability to quickly and easily get an answer to a question. I wish there was a way to talk to a person (like you used to be able to do with the IRS). Finally, the PRINT process is really messed up. I wanted to only print my Kentucky return. Couldn't! If I would have pressed the button I would receive everything I touched ... federal and state. Of course, I could, and did, thumb through the whole document and instruct to print only pages 9-23, one side, and 29- 45, both sides. Just a little combersome.
What's great about it: Step by logical step to start and complete the tax return.
What's not so great: A couple of pages that don't work and lack of flexibility to overwrite certain fields in certain forms.

I've used TurboTax for several years and it just makes my life a lot easier to file my taxes this way. I've never had any problems and it always gets things right.
What's great about it: Works like a charm - wouldn't use any other method of filing my taxes

Simple & Fast

I have used TurboTax for over ten years and still believe it to be the easiest and best tax software for the individual taxpayer. I used other tax software prior to finding TurboTax, but none of them left me with the feeling of confidence I get from TurboTax. I feel confident my return was filed accurately and correctly. Over the years I have encountered small problems with TurboTax, but all the problems were solved by Help Desk assistance. The only way to improve is to eliminate the income tax, but not sure Intuit/TurboTax can make that happen.
What's great about it: The step by step procedures are easy to follow and help you get the right data in the right place.
What's not so great: Had difficulty accessing ItsDeductible on the website.

Turbo Tax is Easy to Use

Turbo Tax walks you through every tax situation to make sure that your return is accurate and that you get the highest refund or lowest tax liability. I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years and have never been disappointed.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.

Turbo Tax give wrong return address.

The address CA 93888-0015 is for 1040A, It is correct and
