Very Complete, but...

As always, the software was very complete, and easy to use. But it crashed six separate occasions, with the 5th crash resulting in having to start from the beginning.
What's great about it: Very clear instructions

Fabulous tax product

I have been a Turbo Tax customer since around 1983 when it was a DOS (non-graphical), In fact the fist Turbo Tax to use windows was terrible.

Once again....worked great!

Been using TT for 17 years now. Once all the records are together, doing the rest is a piece of cake. One suggestion.....comparisons to previous year....yes, the numbers are available in the summary screen, but it would be helpful if the dialog prompted the user to consider why the numbers are different. Specifically, Medicare Part B premiums are not listed in a numbered box on the SSA-1099 form. That info is in the "Description" box of the form and has to be entered by the user.....easy to miss. A comparison to the previous year would have picked that up as would a specific prompt to do so.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Once you've used it for so many years (17 in my case), can't imagine doing taxes any other way.
What's not so great: No reals cons, but a few suggestions included in review.

Another easy tax year

Everything is wonderful as usual. The only bump I encountered was with the sales tax calculation for buying a car in a non-income-tax State (Florida.) I live where the tax in my county is 6% but bought the car in a county where the rate is 7%. It was not easy to navigate how to enter the data. The higher rate was rejected and inputting the two rates was rejected. The right answer seems to be to enter in the 6% rate and not get the full tax deduction. If this is the correct procedure, it could have been explained better. If I was in fact entitled to the higher tax rate, I lost out on a few dollars of refund.
What's great about it: sorts out investment revenues and expenses super easily
What's not so great: slight glitch with sales tax calculation

Over all excellent. Some small problems quickly solved by knowledgeable customer service. I plan to use TTax 2016.
What's great about it: Straight forward - Excellent Support
What's not so great: Getting tinwork return back - difficult & program loops restarting State
Pros: I bought or sold investments
