Other than print issue, it was a good experience.
What's great about it: use of turbo tax is fairly easy
What's not so great: wanted to print returns prior to e filing - I found it hard.

2015 Federal Taxes

Long time TurboTax user (over 20 years). While the interface gets better to use each year, I find it somewhat redundant and confusing when getting to the printing section. Print now v. file and then print. Other than that, keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Printing questions

Turbo Tax always makes my moderately complicated return easy. I look forward to entering my numbers to find my refund!

What's great about it: Great help menus/content that don't waste your time.
What's not so great: Like it all--NO DISLIKES

What's great about it: easy to follow instructions, even when it would be complicated at a tax return office
