I've been a TurboTax user for over 15 years. This year the updates appeared to be less and faster when they were necessary. I also appreciate the tax community questions and answers forum.

e-file rejected

TurboTax finds no errors, but my Federal e-file is rejected with error code IND-031-02. As far as I can see, the listed errors don't exist, an if so. should have been screened by TurboTax.
This is my 1st problem ever, but it's been time consuming and is unresolved.

I have been using TurboTax for my return since 1993 or so.
It is a very good software,
I am an engineer and a mathematician by profession and love to see the interaction of numbers in various forms. That in turn gives me a very good insight in planning my situations.

What's great about it: I liked step by step guide and all the forms generated.
What's not so great: I could not see the videos on Turbo Tax CD.

2015 Turbo Tax Software-Premier

Everything you needed to know and some that you don't, about filing your own taxes. Doesn't miss a trick but some of the more obscure categories could be left as an option or out all together. Given the years that this program has been around it should be intelligent enough to decide what kind of filer you are not far into the process.
What's great about it: Complete

Best way to get a Refund

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 3 years. It is easy to use. I am able to navigate through the different areas with little trouble. It is a lot less expensive than having them done. I will keep using Turbo Tax!!!
