Program is getting better. Easier to use this yr.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use. Walks you through the process or you can jump around.
What's not so great: Going back to update something is sometimes not clear how to do it.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007 and it gets better each year. I am able to quickly file taxes and I have muliple stocks as well as two rental income properties. This year I have a student in college and i was able to include his scholarship income and college credits with ease.
What's great about it: Easy to use with lots of notes to help understand
What's not so great: sometimes hard to navigate back to where you were when you go back to fill in some information from a previous section

I like the guided tour through the tax code. I like that Turbo Tax fills out all the necessary forms for me.

Too easy

Using Turbo Tax every year has been one of the best tax decisions I've made. It carries over previous years tax information to help fill out this year's information. It reminds you that you did something the previous year and if you need to do the same thing again for this year. Makes it pretty quick and easy to get the job done!
What's great about it: Intuitive, quick, easy to understand

Refund but had to work at it

Happy as usual with turbo tax. One big issue this year was I upgraded to windows 10 and it deleted all my old turbo tax files so I was not able to import last years information. ( NOT VERY HAPPY WITH Windows 10 and Turbo Tax ) Neither provided much support or any help!
What's great about it: simple
What's not so great: Did not transfer old files since upgrading to windows 10!!!

Easy and fast, sure beats filling out forms or putting up with a tax preparer. Been using Turbo Tax since the Intel 286 days and never a problem. Again always fast and easy.

What's not so great: $20.00 for state e-file
