Navigation has gotten better in the last couple of years.

download of 1099DIV from broker indicated payment of foreign tax. TT did not alert me to take foreign tax as either an itemized deduction or tax credit. If i had not been alert to this fact, would have missed tax credit resulting reduction of tax refund.
What's great about it: does the math
What's not so great: does not necessarily prompt user for all required forms

I've been using TurboTax for 3 years and I love it. It keeps on getting better and better and it's super easy to use. Highly Recommended.

Easy and Thorough

Once again, Turbotax did a great job of walking me through the process of completing my returns. With my wife organizing all of the records over the year and with my using the software we got our returns done in about 2 hours max. Organizing your records is half the battle.
What's great about it: Covers the average filing plus a few things you didn't think of.
What's not so great: It won't cover a very complex filing with unusual situations.

Follows and analyzes each step and prompts provided to review and correct info, Germaine questions were provided to assist us in getting information, organizing and completing forms. No guess work. turbo Tax really took the fear out of filing! I'm amazed. Thank Turbo Tax
