Excellent. I have been using Turbo Tax since the mid-1990s.
What's great about it: Easy and explanatory
What's not so great: Some things with state taxes are kind of hidden rather than walked through

Love TurboTax

Been using TurboTax for years. No Hassles. I even made a mistake and had to amend last year. Still no hassles. Love TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to Use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997. My wife and I have rental properties and investments and have been able to complete our Federal and State taxes with accuracy and ease.
We have never been audited using Turbo Tax..
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I am able to help my mother in law's return, and two neighbors
also, besides our own.. and over the past number of years - 10 or so- Turbo tax has been very useful and accurate.

2015 Turbo Tax review

Using Turbo Tax annually has been the simplest method to maintain the continuity on items like rental property depreciation and costs.
The Q&A format is easy to follow and filing federal could not be easier.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to follow Q&A about each section of complicated tax forms
What's not so great: Gathering together all the documentation on expenses and eductions (not a Turbo Tax issue).
