Got it done in under 1.5 hours

Easy peasy my review and data entry including computer problems on my end, only took about 1.5 hours using long forms.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow Steps
What's not so great: needs internet connection to get & update state form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

2015 RETURN

Great program. Very much like the tools other tax return companies use to do your returns. the computer asks you the questions and you type in the response for the fraction of the cost. We are sure we will use this again next year.
What's great about it: STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS / HELP TOOLS / BACK BUTTON
What's not so great: A FEW CATAGORIES DIDN'T COME UP WHEN INDICATED

The program was easy to use and thorough. The only problem I had was at the end with payment. My payment was accepted and asked for twice so now I have to get a refund. I wanted to make sure my returns were e-filed to I paid twice. Very confusing.
What's great about it: thorough and quick
What's not so great: snafu at end with payment

Just finished!

I moved jobs and I decided to roll over my 401K into and IRA. I was worried that I would botch the filing process. That wasn't the case at all. I also started an HSA which was also super simple to file.
Like previously mentioned, it would be nice if we get faster loading times on TurboTax. But that is a '1st world' complaint and not a deal-breaker at all.
If there is a way for me to switch my tax return file back and forth between my mobile phone and my home PC, that would truly be convenient. That way, while at work and I happen to receive a notification that a 1099-something is ready, I can file it quickly without the hassle of waiting to get home.
Thank you very much intuit for a very reliable program. I have been using TurboTax since 1999 or 2000 and I recommend this to everyone that asks.
What's great about it: Had a couple of rollover accounts and was able to breeze through them thanks to TurboTax Premier
What's not so great: Just extra slow to boot when I initiate the software, but not a big deal.

After many years of use, I still find Turbo Tax a reliable efficient way to prepare and file the returns

What's not so great: Capital sales questionable
