I have use Turbo Tax for the last several years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: I like the step-by-step instruction.
What's not so great: One or two items confusing even with explanation.

Easy Taxes

This software has been easy to use and accurate. I have had the past 5 years of taxes audited by the IRS and they have found nothing wrong with the returns.

IT'S A NO-BRAINER.

With the ability to import tax information from brokerage accounts this software makes complex taxes easy. The guidance provided lets me simply import and review. I have to add some information about limited partnerships, income and deductions. I am organized, but what used to take me days now takes hours. Add to this, I am confident the forms are filled out correctly and completely.
Using this software is a no-brainer.
What's great about it: My My taxes are complicated, but this software makes it easy.
What's not so great: None for me.

Mostly Great

Everything was fine with the exception of business expenses. TT rejected legitimate expenses when continuing to the next item. I had to be creative to get them accepted.
What's great about it: Great
What's not so great: Business Expense gave me a little problem.

I've been a fan of Turbotax since its inception. I appreciate that most of the information is very easy to answer and fits into my specific needs. The product is well thought out.
What's great about it: "guide me" feature
What's not so great: extension question
