Makes doing taxes easy!

Have used TurboTax for years as it is the easy way to get through tax season. Simple, complete and reliable.
What's great about it: Complete yet simple directions
What's not so great: Can't seem to skip going through deductions to simply use std deduction

Worked Like a Charm!

I've used TurboTax for years. Every year it seems to get better. I love the way it links to last year's return to save me from having to type things over and over! Its easy!
What's great about it: Seamless year after year.
What's not so great: I'm terrible with passwords.

Smart Way to Do Taxes

It is the smartest way to do the annual income taxes. It takes the errors away. It goes through all of the steps so nothing is overlooked.
What's great about it: Makes it faster, easier, less chance of errors.

An absolute nightmare!

This will prob ably be my last year of using Turbotax! You have changed everything and made it very difficult to understand. Ease of use was always my first priority and in past years it was very simple. Not so this year!
What's not so great: Complicated to use this year; difficult to understand!

Great Program

Great program, easy-ish to use. Sometimes does not remember answers to questions, though and so wastes some time.
What's great about it: Realtively easy to use
What's not so great: no access to forms directly in working mode

I was very happy when I retired 17 years ago that my accountant was already using TT so I easily took over the duties of doing my own work.
What's great about it: I have a lot of K-1s and program makes it easy to work with them
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Professional Tax Help

The most helpful tax software for preparing tax returns that I have used. I trust it.
What's great about it: Asked and provided explanations for questions for layman. Really like last year's import feature.
What's not so great: Overwhelming for a first time user. Just take your time and go step by step
