all in all was a good program.
What's great about it: could quit at any time and go back with no problems
What's not so great: was slow getting through it because did not know all the place need to go.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy

I've been using TurboTax to do our personal taxes as well as my husbands self-employment tax return for years. I love using Turbo Tax. They make it so easy. Just enter your information and it's done. I have not had any problems with our tax returns.
What's great about it: Thorough yet concise.

Unfortunately 2015 the worst version so far

Uggghhhh, it took 13 hours (inconsecutive) hours to complete the Home and Business version for my wife and I. And we decide not to even file the Business portion of our deductions. You DO have to have some moderate to serious tax knowledge to use Turbo Tax. It is free to "use" Turbo Tax but it $$ to file.
I have to find a better, more user friendly product next year.

What's great about it: It was familiar to older versions
What's not so great: Confusing language, slow to react, too many steps to get anywhere

TurboTax is AWESOME!

This is my 3rd year using TurboTax and I absolutely love it! It saves us so much money and I feel secure that we're getting our maximum refund. And the amount of work I used to do to get everything together for our CPA was the same amount I need to just plug in the numbers myself on TurboTax. It is so user-friendly. I would recommend it to everyone!
What's great about it: I can see what I owe or refund I will get as I put info in.
What's not so great: They don't send you a bottle of wine so you can sip while you prepare your taxes.
Pros: I had a baby

Easy Breezy

I have been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now and every year it is easier than before. This year we added my wife's new real estate business and all of the specific questions and answers related to her business were there and super easy to follow & understand. I am glad we chose to do this ourselves with Turbo Tax. Simple, quick and its done from our own office.
What's great about it: Made the first time business portion of my wife's real estate business a snap.

Turbo tax was easy to use and helpful in the program. Trying to contact a live person is a little difficult, and the wait time can be over an hour. Once you get to a live person the help is wonderful
