Why was I paying someone to do my taxes

I have my own business and the girl who has done mine for years constantly had errors and was late filing my returns. I had all my paperwork ready and business documents in order throughout the year and did my returns in one evening easily.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use and very thorough

Another year of Turbo Tax and Counting 20 plus

Once again, I really enjoyed working with Turbo Tax! A very smart program and love that it calculates and puts all the answers where they need to go.
What's great about it: on line experience questions and answers
What's not so great: NA
Pros: I bought or sold investments, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good program except it's difficult to find what you want to review...Like if you're thinking OOOPS...did I forget XYZ?
What's great about it: Generall y a good program. Reasonably easy to use for an advanced user.
What's not so great: Difficult to Navigate, "Find" does not find much

Have used TurboTax for many years. I have a LLC, easy to follow and file.

We have been using TurboTax for years. It's easy to use. I really enjoy the step by step instructions. Hopefully once Trump is elected it will be much easier.

I am glad that finally it is easier to use the Print function. In the past I had to save to PDF then go to Adobe...now they have made it easy. Thank You.

Excellent but Sometimes Leaves You Hanging

I was unable to transmit my state filing just because of an error on a Tax Payment Worksheet that is intended "for my records." It was the filing date, which it populated automatically, but it kept saying it was an "unacceptable value" and would not let me file my state on time because of it! There are occasionally errors that are not fully explained or they don't provide clear instructions to correct. It can be something as simple as putting a number in one column on a worksheet rather than another. Any error that keeps your return from being transmitted should be explained and solutions made crystal clear.
What's great about it: TurboTax is compatible even with competitive products so you can easily transfer data. Excellent navigational features.
What's not so great: Some errors are not explained or provide insufficient guidance to correct.
