Eay to use

Turbo Tax is easy to use and you do not need to be a Tax professional. Walks you through all the steps and checks for errors. I would recommend this tax software to my friends.

Worth its weight in gold!

Like many long-time TurboTax users, I was upset that I now have to buy a more expensive version to get the features previously available in Deluxe. I even switched to another brand, but was shocked to see that I owed nearly $2,700 in state and federal taxes. I went back to TurboTax, recalculated my return, and saved over $2,500.00! If you're a minister, TurboTax is the best way to go. I'm a confirmed TurboTax user for life!
What's great about it: Intuitive and easy to use.
What's not so great: Mandatory upgrade to get all required forms.

My 2015 Experience

Overall, this was a very positive experience. Of course, it will be even more positive if my return is approved and I receive the refund I anticipate.
My only concerns dealt with 1) health insurance and 2) Personal Identification Number (PIN).
As a veteran I receive my health care through the VA Healthcare System. I was surprised, considering all the documentation I received from the VA, that not much more was asked of me on the return.
For the last few years I have received a Personal Identification Number from the IRS. I received another one this year. I was nervous that TurboTax never asked for my government issued PIN while filing my taxes. As one who has experienced identity theft, I am greatly concerned about this.
What's great about it: comprehensive walk-though method
What's not so great: not enough detail on a few matters of concern

Once again Turbo Tax has come through in an effective and timely manner. From transferring last year's information, deleting irrelevant information and adding new items for this year the experience was almost painless. The encouraging refund amount at the top of each screen provides an incentive to continue and the consistent data entry makes doing taxes enjoyable. Keep up the good work Intuit!
What's great about it: Transfer from prior year, Step by step entry
What's not so great: Had to manually fill in 1099-C info, did not ask if Form 982 needed, Review nickname should not have to be unique.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years and find it to be extremely well organized, easy to use, and has never led to an audit. Outstanding job Intuit.!

It shows you the prior year for federal, but not for state. It would be nice to see both.
