Works for me! I liked the pop up answers to questions about the topic I was working on. Was easier to follow and more complete than a different brand of tax program.

Excellent Service

This is our third year using TurboTax and we continue to be pleased. Our tax situation is not terribly straightforward: two rental properties, small business, medical expenses. But the program seems to handle all of it pretty smoothly. We would recommend TurboTax to anyone who wants to avoid the considerable expense of having an accountant prepare their taxes. The online support people were very knowledgeable and were able to help us both times we called. We like the "call me back" service as well - far better than being on a long hold.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Great phone support
What's not so great: some software oddities made it necessary to call support twice

Love turbo tax. Got my taxes done in less than 30 minutes. So easy and I trust it!
What's great about it: Walked me through everything
What's not so great: Would have liked a comparison of filing married vs filin married but separate

Taxes filed! Yeah!

Have used TurboTax for 10+ years, I am confident that my taxes are filed correctly and that I've gotten all deductions to which I am entitled. The best feeling is that the taxes are correctly done with a minimum of time, yet thoroughly prepared.
What's great about it: Thorough! Easy to understand instructions! Confidence that return is correct.

TurboTax 2015

Intuit has done an excellent job in improving the user experience for the TurboTax product. Taxes are a complicated process and they do a great job of helping the user deal with the complexity and get the task done.
What's great about it: The format of the software and optionality for how to use it is excellent and user friendly
What's not so great: When there are things that are outside of the usual the software can be confusing and challenging to work with.
