This is a great program and very easy to use.

I have used TurboTax for many years and have had good luck and I love free E-File. Will definitely use it again next year.
What's great about it: i like the form view which carries over from prior year forms needed.
What's not so great: None

Review for Personal Income Taxes and LLC

We have been using Turbo Tax for years for both personal income taxes and for several business we have owned. The guided questions are very helpful particularly for persons who have no experience with, say, filing for their business. The Help texts are less helpful and new users may have to resort to the Instructions for different Schedules for guidance.
We shall continue using Turbo Tax in the future but the returns will become more complicated due to additional businesses as well as retirement and Social Security incomes.
We endorse and advise others to use Turbo Tax for filing income taxes. Those new to Turbo Tax should be aware that they are responsible for the content of their tax returns and that Turbo Tax may indemnify clients for only errors in formulas embedded in the application.
What's great about it: Ease of use, particularly when adding data.
What's not so great: Some of the questions for particular schedules are tedious.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We have been using Turbotax for several years now and each year we remark about how easy the process is. This year was no different. Taxes are done in a jiffy.

I've used Turbo Tax now for many years and it has always performed excellent. Any problems that came up were from the person behind the keyboard making a mistake, me!
Excellent product. Much easier than when I did manually by hand.
What's great about it: User Friendly
What's not so great: None over the years

Terrific support and results, AGAIN!

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years, home ownership, stock and dividend reporting, alimony, charitable deductions, small business reporting...it's all easy and I'm 100% confident in the results.
What's great about it: Ease of use, clear guidance, help just a click away.

I have never been so disgusted with Turbo Tax and the CA state download received. I cannot e-file my state returns and have to print and send them in.
I have always used Turbo Tax in the past and have had no prior problems.

I generally liked the experience. I could enter information easily. I do feel my taxes are prepared well and correctly in the end.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is thorough, accurate and explains about the things as you go.
What's not so great: Some things like: forms K1 and 1099 misc seem to repeat. Some items are not quite clear ttil you review several timess
