Turbo Tax makes filing taxes painless

Of course it's up to you to keep your records and receipts throughout the year, but entering the info is simple. The hardest part of filing taxes is writing a check to the IRS.

Over all Turbo Tax is easy to use and makes tax time for me relatively easy. The only thing I wish was more prevalent was the ability to actually speak to a tax account from a small business prospective.
What's great about it: Easy to use, ease of directions
What's not so great: Sometimes you need vocal help

overall a great experience. I am 39 years old and I have never filed my taxes before and always thought that it would be confusing. it was so easy and straight forward and will defiantly use it again.

I always have to stop and look and recalculate when I see the total tax amount, which includes the federal tax paid. Since this isn't deductible on schedule a, it makes a quick scan of the amounts to be deducted harder.
What's great about it: fast and does all the math for you
What's not so great: reflects some amounts in ways that seem wrong at the time

Been using Turbo Tax for at least five years and will continue to use as long as the product is affordable. Great product for the computer challenged people like my self so don't change a thing unless you would like to personally do my taxes. So with that being said this a great product so keep it up. Thanks

Compared to previous years...as recent as 2014, for example, it took twice as long to do my return!
What's great about it: In depth.
What's not so great: To extensive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Able to switch to forms

Had a question, found the answer on the forums, and was able to check a box on the form format that gave me the correct response for CSA-1099R "unknown"
What's great about it: I was able to go to the actual form
What's not so great: Took me awhile to navigate to the correct line
