THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. VERY EASY AND USER FRIENDLY. TURBO TAX LITERALLY WALKED ME STEP BY STEP THROUGH THE PROCESS.
What's great about it: EASY TO FILE

After entering the base numbers (W/2), Turbo Tax does the rest; It keeps up with over 65, Standard Deduction, all the math ...
What's great about it: Only enter the new number -- All other data is copied over

GREAT for Complex Federal Return, but...

I've used TurboTax for several years and LOVE IT!! I have rental properties in three states, stocks and bonds, main residence, and a small business. And TT handles all of it with competence and ease!
I wish, though, that the state return portions were clearer to understand and more helpful to complete. That's my only complaint about TurboTax. Everything else ROCKS! Plus, I do purchase the Audit Defender service, just in case. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind...!
What's great about it: Easy, thorough, and quick for federal return
What's not so great: State Return software confusing

I worked at Jackson Hewitt one season, it was a sin what they charged their customers. I love turbo tax just answer the questions and your done. I tell all of my friends about it.

All Good for a College Student!

All in all it was pretty good to use. Just fill in the blanks and being able to download my W-2 forms was amazing. Thank you. Now, hopefully, with the refund I can treat myself to groceries when I get it.

What's great about it: Ease of use, got some $$ back
What's not so great: Had to pay for state taxes which gave me less
