Quick and easy

It's a relief to have this done and TT made it go so much faster than slogging through it by hand
What's great about it: Once I had all the paperwork it was easy breezy

Frustrating

Calculating popup kept coming up and sometimes never went away for over 5 minutes. Only option was to quit turbo tax and on few occasions lose the data that i had entered since the last save. This is the first time I have had such a frustrating experience with TurboTax. I'm really tempted to stop using this program in the future and to go with an alternative.

The interview process has been great, especially considering I am now a business owner and a bit unsure of all the steps involved in filing taxes for that. TurboTax has made it a simple process.

What's not so great: calculating loop was BAD. Small business did not provide farming as an option

Not great for unusual situations

Turbo Tax is fine for normal situations, but if you're like me and are self-employed, changed health plans mid-year, your spouse is self-employed - well, it gets complicated fast and then it's hard to make Turbo Tax understand what you're trying to input. I've had enough. Next year I'm paying somebody to do my taxes. It will be a little more money, but a lot less work.

I went to tax cut one year and came back. turbo Tax is the best easiest and most complete.
What's great about it: ease of use, asks all the questions, explains the questions
What's not so great: when you go back to some areas it re asks questions not related.

Terrible experience

Long time user of TurboTax - always loved it! This year, the program was full of errors and required constant updates to programing. I am left feeling like there still may be errors and my taxes are incorrect.
What's great about it: Import of last years taxes & financials
What's not so great: Multiple program errors & very late fixes
