Great software, could use links to tax publication

I've been using TurboTax for 20 years. I definitely trust this software to help me file the most accurate return possible. They've changed some of the help over the years, and I miss some of the video instruction on important points. I also think they would benefit from having direct links to specific IRS publications throughout the software. I also miss the option to split the screen between the interview and the actual tax forms. That being said, I still wouldn't trust any other software.
What's great about it: Love the interview process
What's not so great: Would like some more attention drawn to caution items

I liked the ease of use but would be easier if you could type in the form number in the find section & jump directly to the form without going through the q & a part.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything
What's not so great: Nothing that I can think of

The best and getting better every year

I have used TurboTax since the first year it came out and LOVE it. Until my husband became a pastor, it was a 15 minute interview and refund in two weeks. Once he was ordained, it took a couple of days to research and figure out exactly what they questions were asking and then, when I did do what my accountant friends and IRS research said to do, the program wouldn't let me file, saying there were errors. That year, the IRS held my refund for 14 months, reviewing the return and in the end, what I had done was correct. So, while not perfect, this is the best software out there.
What's great about it: Keeps track of figures from one form to the next, from one year to the next
What's not so great: Doesn't always explain questions in details the layman can understand.

Taxes filed with Turbo Tax

We love to use this product. It is very user friendly and guides you through the entire process of filing. Have recommended to family who now use this product also.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. This is year 12 of using this product.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Easy to Use

Excellent experience with this for over 14 years.
What's great about it: Ease of Use can flip between interview guided q's or go straight to the form and line that needs fixing.
What's not so great: Sometimes a little too simple and too many steps.
