stress free taxes

I had many W-2s and it only took about 25 min. to file. I had to go back and put some more info in and it was very easy to find the right spot, add and submit. Thank you!!
What's great about it: easy to go back and fix things
What's not so great: could have done it for me?
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I find Turbotax incredibly reliable and user friendly. It is prompts for the sought information and the 'help' screens are thorough and complete.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, the software prompts for the sought input incredibly well.
What's not so great: None noted

No Hassle Refund

I am so grateful for the invention of Turbo Tax!! It is a hassle free method to complete your return. I used to work on my taxes for weeks when I used the manual method, no it is a whiz!! Thanks Turbo!! Love you!!
What's great about it: I enjoy the Turbo taking me through step by step, which eliminates stress.s
What's not so great: I have no complaints with Turbo.

Great experience this year

Last year there were some disappointing changes to the program. This year was probably the most joyful and satisfying experience than any other year in using Turbo Tax. Thank you!!!

I am a little frustrated this year and I have been using TurboTax for the past two years. The information regarding the 1099-S forms are not very clear at all. There needs to be a chat conversation going to get these questions answered right away. Yes, there are similar situations but there was nothing like my situation that compared to many answers from other people and I find that very very frustrating.
