Great tool for maximum refund!

I've been a long time user of Turbo Tax and love it. They continue to improve it every year for small business owners like myself.
What's great about it: Easy to use software
What's not so great: no indicator when response is delayed

Disappointed

Overall, it was a good tool but the two shortcomings on the 2106/2106-EZ form choice and the incorrect fill-in of the OH state amended return RE (reason form) were very disappointing. Plus, it asks for more detail on various 1040 schedules than is required by the IRS. Felt like I was being audited by the IRS!
What's great about it: Saves a lot of time. Accuracy is verified.
What's not so great: Gave misleading results on the 2106/2106-EZ when deleting the 2106. Filled out a OH states form wrongly.

AGAIN, I FIND THE PROGRAM VERY FRIENDLY, BUT A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT WHEN TRYING TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE FORMS AFTER IT HAS GENERATED THE COMPLETE TAX FILE. PERHAPS I JUST AM NOT FAMILIAR ENOUGH WITH THE PROGRAM TO DO IT PROPERLY.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: MAKING CHANGES AFTER THE FACT

MAY NOT USE NEXT YEAR DUE TO NON-PRINT CAPABILITIES. WANTED COPIES OF MY DEDUCTION HEADER ENTRYS AND AMOUNTS CLAIMED FOR NEXT YEAR. CAN'T PRINT, CAN'T COPY TO WORD-NOTHING-REALLY SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: QUITE COMPLETE
What's not so great: CANNOT PRINT THE WORK PAGES YOUR USING TO ENTER RETURN INFORMATION AND LISTINGS FOR DEDUCTIONS-REALLY SUCKS!

Much Improved Since The Last Time I Used Turbo Tax

Very good client interface with the software - much improved from the first time I used Turbo Tax
What's great about it: You have really improved the "walk you through the process" steps provided in the program
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
