Finally I submitted...

I have been using this software for quite a while and plan to continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Once I gathered all the information, filling out the forms was easy
What's not so great: I couldn't submit until I corrected all the "errors"
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Generally happy but room for improvement

Overall I am satisfied with the product but it was frustrating when TurboTax asked me questions that I had already answered in previous years. For example I had information about a car that I use for business. I've had this same car for years and always write off mileage. Rather than confirming the answer to questions like "when did you purchase the car", I had to go find the paperwork from 15 years ago to put in the correct info. A similar line of questioning occurred in other areas like the data I began using my home office.
What's great about it: Product is consistent year to year
What's not so great: Had to answer some questions which I already answered last year

Turbo Tax-Thank Heavens!!!

TurboTax is THE tax prep program on the market. It takes the complicated and often emotional issue of tax preparation so much easier. I like the interview format because it focuses me on the immediate issue at hand and not zone out with the enormity of the tax system. Also I appreciate the audit feature and error feature so I can nail down any mistakes. In fact, now I start inputting my information about mid-October so I can do end of the year tax planning. About as easy as it gets.
What's great about it: I like the easy to navigate program to simplify complex issues
What's not so great: Sometimes irritating to switch between forms and the interview Too slow.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Couldn't Have Done It Without Turbo Tax!

Can't remember how I did taxes before Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax actually makes the process educational. For people who put this off until the last minute, Turbo Tax is a lifesaver. A coworker recommended Turbo Tax to me years ago, and I've been using it every year for both personal and business. Try it, you'll be glad you did.
What's great about it: Really like the step-by-step process.
What's not so great: Still don't like doing taxes.

I have used TurboTax before it was TurboTax. It was owned by ChipSoft. That's tells you how much I have trusted and used TurboTax. I recommend it to others.
What's great about it: Very complete and step-by-step
What's not so great: The more complex the return, the more you need to understand taxes.

2015 Taxes

Turbo Tax has major flaws with updating state Returns. The updating paralyzes your computer. I requested help and did not receive any. I had to find a work around on my own. The problem lasted for several months and was the major reason I had to file an extension. A tax program should not be this problematic and difficult to use.
What's great about it: None. I have used Turbo Tax for several years. This will be the last year. The updating flaws are extremly bad.
What's not so great: You cannot print an individual screen. You have to print the entire tax document.

Bug prevented e-File

Turbo Tax insisted that I complete box 1 section 20 of
K-1 information regarding a sale. As if "L" applied, but it didn't.

There was no sale to report.
No boxes to check if no sale; But the boxes turned pink anyway,
and e-File became blocked.

This was after I paid extra for state e-File.
