What's not so great: need all your documents before you begin otherwise will take longer

I used turbotax for over 10 years and have received the most refund available every year. Not much more than that can be said. Great support when I needed to have a question answered.
What's great about it: guides you one step at a time
What's not so great: having to wait on supporting info from other souces before starting.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used turbo tax for my home business, my husbands home business, and my capital gains for the last 5 YEARS. I feel very confident that everything is correct. I always have turbo-tax walk me through everything so I do not miss any credits. Great investment year after year.
What's great about it: It takes the information from the previous year and uploads everything.

So easy and gets better every year

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years, and this year was the best ever. It was easy to use, and the online help is amazing.
What's great about it: easy, intuitive, great support
What's not so great: not an easy click to get from state back to federal
