What's great about it: Use of Turbo Tax is good
What's not so great: Business section was confusing and ran me in circles
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

lost my data

I download TT onto my laptop and I print and mail my returns. But when i signed in to check my son's return (he files online) the TT program erased all of my saved data and returns from the last 5 years. The online programs do not allow you to save tax data on your own computer, and so when checking my son's online return, TT deleted my data saved on my laptop.

Easier to use than previous years. Need a tab to directly go to a page on the return to find info to fill in.
What's great about it: I found it easier to use than in previous years
What's not so great: wish there could have been a way to navigate back and forth from Fed return to state return to fill in required ino.

Taxes are difficult anyways.. but I appreciate the ease with Turbo Tax.

FINALLY GOT SUBMITTED

I'VE ALWAYS HAD HIGH REGARDS FOR INTUIT AND TURBO TAX. VERY CONVENIENT TO USE.
THE ONLY SNAG WAS WHEN REVIEWING AND TRANSMITTING (E-FILE), IT ASKED ME TO FIX ERRORS. I JUST NEED TO DELETE A VEHICLE IN FORM 2106, BUT I JUST CANNOT FINE THE FORM. SOMEHOW, THE ERROR PROBABLY GOT FIXED WITH ENTRIES THAT I THOUGHT SHOULD NOT CHANGE THE BOTTOMLINE... IT WENT THROUGH!
I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S OPERATOR ERROR, HOPEFULLY, IT DIDN'T CAUSE ANY PROBLEM IN THE PROCESS.
THANK YOU.

The Turbo Tax has changed for the past 2 years and has gone from very easy to use to impossible to use without help.
What's great about it: Help with your people was excellent
What's not so great: Could not have done my return without help. Very confusing.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it has always been one of the best investments I have made each year......this year, 2015, is no different. Thanks for a great product and a great experience.....well, only as great an experience as doing your taxes will allow one to have!
What's great about it: Walking through guide and going to forms is very easy
What's not so great: sometimes, the software doesn't offer enough flexibility to make a change

Great Product

Great product .. been using it since v1. Tried other products for comparison, different times throughout the years. However, Turbo keeps getting better and better .. Keep up the good work and please please do not stop publishing your product.
p.s. Improve your K-1 support from publicly traded limited partnerships (oil/energy).
