2015 Taxes

The system is confusing but it's works with time and patience.
What's great about it: I got the job done.
What's not so great: It was still confusing but I solved the issues.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

1) You'll hit by complex questions, and it will confuse you more.

Please -too many worksheet papers. Information could be collated more efficiently. It would be nice to have a direct drill down to find a worksheet to correct information. Again too many worksheets.

Double charged for state tax filing

Double Charged for filing on October 11th then again on October 14th when actually filed.
As a result, please check your records and ensure that you reverse the second charge for the same state filing services. Thank you.
What's great about it: Fairly Easy to Enter Data
What's not so great: Charged for filing on Oct 11th then again on Oct 14th when filed

Extra Refund Paid for Program

Overall, TurboTax worked great. Saved me $$$ in taxes.
What's great about it: Straight forward and easy to use. Even I can use it.
What's not so great: Couldn't get W-2 & 1099 info. to import from payers.

Prior years pulled up info from other turbotax info on my computer, suggested info, and compared this year's entries to last year's entries. That would be a big help.
What's great about it: Did a good job.
What's not so great: Didn't pull up info from prior turbotax years...didn't compare this year to last year.
