Easy Peasy!

I have done taxes and used Turbo Tax for years. I love the ease at which I get through it. And I really love seeing the refunds go up and down in the upper part of the page. When I have a question, all I have to do is click help and there is my answer! In fact, this year that help button helped me get a refund!
What's great about it: Love the ease and direction of Turbo Tax - have used for years.
What's not so great: None

Good program but needs some work

The program needs to be smoother in terms of bringing the information forward to this year's return.
What's great about it: Thorough in having all the forms and gives you the choice of looking at every one of them or choosing among them yoursel
What's not so great: Makes it hard to retrieve some information and to bring last years info in.

Could be better

For straightforward taxes, Turbo Tax is fabulous. I received a refund 1,000 less than last year because in my "business," the nonprofit I work for provided me a W2 instead of the formerly standard 1099. There's no place separate in the business section to enter the W2 as the receipts in my business, so all the money I spend buying things for the players I coach could not be deducted. I lose. I do like Turbo Tax convenience, but absent the benefit of Turbo Tax handling my business, it'll be back to filling out the paper forms in the future.
What's great about it: Easy for simple situations
What's not so great: Not enough info for my situation

Tax Made Simple

I have been using TurboTax from the time it was introduced and it keeps getting better each year. I love that it imports the previous years data and downloads data from most institutions that I get tax data from. Great product and very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to setup, use and import data
What's not so great: Review does not open the form for you

Incredibly easy

This year was the easiest to fill out compared to previous years. TurboTax is doing an incredible job.
What's great about it: download W-2 instead of needing to type information
What's not so great: liked everything about product
