Made it through another year.

Surprise extra fees for filing state return! Help has degraded as well as source data function. Cannot see/understand where some calculations have come from, especially when handling K-1s. Title references to A, B, C not copied to some forms.
Suggestions on how to lower audit risk would be VERY helpful.
What's great about it: Forms generally work
What's not so great: Surprise extra fees & degraded help

Turbo Tax program super easy to use!! It helps you through process step by step the whole way!!! Super easy!!! If confused on certain item, you can click on "HELP' button for more info to answer any questions. If one is still questioning a step, one can go to "COMMUNITY" for ANSWERS!! NICE!!
I like that one can import all equity stock transactions including interest and dividends from your favorite brokerage firm. Saved me HOURS and HOURS of personal time from having to compute BUYS and SELLS on each stock transaction, ELIMINATING ERRORS, and time to enter and transfer data info on FED and STATE forms.
WELL WORTH MONEY SPENT!!! VERY HAPPY! :)

I was happy with TurboTax. Most areas worked well and I was able to efile both federal and state.
What's great about it: TurboTax worked well. I was happy with most segments.
What's not so great: I had some trouble editing the contrbutions file. Hard to correct misspelled names.

Nice search blank. Can find anything.
Even works with complicated stuff.
Best feature is carry-over from year to year.
Able to fill out even if you do not know why it wants what it wants.
Not necessary to understand all the tax rules: it does it for you.
Free e-file was wonderful.
Year to year comparison is great way to check to be sure nothing left out.

all in all....we have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years
and have been very happy with it.
