Easy to Follow

Very Happy - Have used TT for several years. Saw at end of filing that figures and info will carry over next year! Will be great.
What's great about it: Very East to complete and understand
What's not so great: Wish figures from previous years carried over, as needed

been always pleased in the ease of preparing and filing for my returns but am not happy that i could not find an option to save a soft copy, only to print. if there is a save option, it is not easy to find... i will still try to figure out how i will be able to save a soft copy of my return.... kinda time consuming.
What's great about it: easy and friendly guide through the entire process
What's not so great: soft copy of previous returns are no longer readily available

What's great about it: I appreciate the help with this complicated tax process, especially having a business.
What's not so great: Didn't populate certain things that I had to review and I'm not sure why.

I needed a little more help this year with a business loos and a K-1 form. Turbo Tax step by step walk thru helped me to sort it all out so that I understand it and am confident my return is accurate.

Some of the data from form 4797 doesn't get transferred to short/long term gains.
when paying with credit card, if you try saving the info, it will not work. If you don't save the info, it works fine...
What's great about it: Basics are good
What's not so great: Needs improvement with Xferring data from one form to another.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Always Late

Towards the end of the program there are a number of screens that need some 'Help' boxes. Screens are too vague.
What's great about it: For the most part the program flows quite well. They've taken care of of start to stop items.
What's not so great: I found some glitches in the business section & in the section where certain expenses are listed for home offices.
