What's great about it: Easy to use and good explanations
What's not so great: trouble uploading last years tax return

Again this year, I have to pay a fine because my estimated self-employment quarterly payment were under-estimated. My income fluctuates year to year. 2015 was less than 2014 so why your estimate was off, I don't know.
During the review, your program kept asking me to complete K-1 Estate form. I don't have and never have had an Estate. I deleted it.
Other than those two issues, your program works well. I've used it over the past 6 years and will probably continue to do so. I would like to add that for the second time I used the audit protection service and the fee jumped up a lot. Frankly I didn't see a justification for that. At least it was the same amount this time.
Also I received a letter from the IRS in My 2015 saying they found a $100+ error in my return. They never said what and I didn't pursue the matter feeling fortunate that was all they found and obviously they didn't want to pay a refund.

Simply the Best

I have used Turbo Tax for seven years, and have only had one problem with it. I was able to get that resolved with the online help. This year was as detailed as the past but seemed to ask fewer questions in the Education section, to get to the results that I expected. I was also surprised that the program didn't specifically ask about the 1095-B by name. Most of the people I work with were freaking out over the form, because they had misplaced it.
I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.

one problem

when paying for state tax filing, I needed to sign on to my Intuit account. I was prompted for enter a 6 digit code that was to be emailed to me. BUT, I could not leave that screen to sign into my email account. Good thing I have another device.
Also - Why a unique nickname?

Great program!!!!

I have used this program for many years and have always been satisfied. Going through the interviews is just like sitting and talking with a tax pro. I believe that I have gotten my maximum refunds all these years and it has made me look into things I would never have considered. I once had to use customer service because my puppies chewed up my tax discs and they were promptly replaced at no charge! I can't ever imagine using any other program! Thanks TurboTax!!!!
What's great about it: Easy, fast and cost effective!
What's not so great: have to pay to file state taxes (this was advertised as being free!)

As always - makes it easy

Have used Turbotax since 2007 without any issues - this is rare as I use a lot of software and applications and see ups and downs. TurboTax feels secure, safe, simple and in less than 6 hours on a Superbowl Sunday (this year 2015) I completed our taxes - this includes my wife's business and a re-finance this year. From downloading and installing, to copying over last years information to adding new information and filing it is extremely intuitive. I feel confident that I have done everything correctly.
