I have been using Turbo Tax for years with great success and then my computer crashed and I lost my information that was accessible from year to year which made doing my taxes a breeze;
It would be great if I knew how to save the information like I save e-mails etc. so that I could access them no matter what computer I use. I'm sure there is a way, but for those like me with limited computer skills and fading memories it would be great to have this option at our fingertips...

What's great about it: Online has Convenient access and you don't have to pay until you file.
What's not so great: 1. Limited Access to forms, 2. Not able to access previous returns, 3. A bit cumbersome

would like capability to print selected completed forms and pages eg summary page of donations listing each organization and $.
What's great about it: familiar from year to year
What's not so great: can not print individual forms or select completed pages
Pros: I bought or sold investments, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

have always used TTAX, feel very confident of my returns, even though they are complex.
What's great about it: very thorough
What's not so great: need to be able to skip imported data more quickly

TurboTax makes doing your taxes so easy a fifth grader could do it. Only wish my returns was greater. I've used TurboTax for at least the last 7 years and will continue

Trusted tax software for self employed

TurboTax works well for us with 2 home based, self employed businesses as well as multiple rental income properties. Step by step interviews ensures all possible deductions and income sources are considered. I trust this company and purchase the audit defense with my return so they will have a tax expert handle if audited. Professional company. Saves a lot of money over paying a local tax professional to do more complicated taxes.
What's great about it: Step by step interviews which auto fills forms
