Been using it since the late 1980's - gets better every year
What's great about it: Simple Entry, Great Help, Handles everything
What's not so great: The debundling that happened made it more difficult to get the right product

Please make printing screens easier, esp verification of signature and filing. Also Turbo should generate the official IRS efile verification form.

I HAVE BEEN USING SINCE A FRIEND TOLD ME HOW EASY TURBO TAX WAS IN 2008. THE INFO I HAD TO PROVIDE TO MY ACCOUNT IN LEDGER TYPE FORM WAS EXACTLY HOW TURBO TAX ASKED AND COULD EASILY BE PROVIDED. AS THE YEARS HAVE PROGRESSED, GREAT ADDED FEATURES WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH THE MATH AND DEPRECIATION AMOUNTS. ANOTHER FEATURE IS THE EXPLANATIONS GIVEN ALONG THE WAY AND THE ABILITY TO SEE WHERE IT FITS ON THE TAX FORM. ALSO POINTS OUT ERRORS MADE AT THE FINAL CHECK & HELP TO CORRECT IT.
What's great about it: QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED EASILY

I filed with some feelings of insecurity this year, because TurboTax kept referring to errors or omitted entries, and it wouldn't explain what they were about. Also, sometimes when I hit the "back" button, it didn't go back to the previous page, but went instead to the previous section.
What's great about it: comprehensive
What's not so great: not as transparent or easy to navigate as it was in the distant past

Great for most situations

This was a great tax calculation software product.
The only issue I had was that I have two businesses, each with their own home office spaces. The maximum allowable home office space is 300 sqf. Each of my offices was below that amount, but I kept getting the error that they were above 300. What it never told me was that the sum of all office spaces was limited to 300 and that is what I was over. It took some head scratching to figure it out.
Overall, I really liked this product. I especially liked that it automatically helped me file for a property tax refund at the same time.
