Easy, Simple, Reliabale

Each and every year, Turbo Tax gets better. I've used this software for nearly 10 years and have never been approached with questions on it or concerns that I wasn't getting my maximum deductions, or on the other hand--too many. Really pleased with it.
What's great about it: This year's version is so easy to go through and I like how i feel confident that I'm getting maximum benefits of return
What's not so great: It took a bit to figure out how to enter multiple businesses
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I switched to Turbo Tax Home and Business when my accountant kept raising his fee every year,
What's great about it: Have used for years. Imports data and easy to enter balance of information.
What's not so great: Nothing

FAFSA Please!

First, should set this up to export directly into FAFSA!!!
Second, should have flagged that my income would not allow me to take a loss on rental property. Would have saved me hours of adding in expenses that, in the end, didn't make any difference. Highly recommend some sort of notice to this effect.
