Easy

That was way easier than I thought it would be!
What's great about it: Very simple
What's not so great: hope my laptop does crash before next year....

Consistent performance

I've been using TurboTax for many years and it's always exceeded my expectations. It's easy to use and takes care of filling out forms that would otherwise be very complicated. Frankly, I'd have to use a professional preparer if I didn't have access to a product such as this. I've not used the other tax preparation software packages, as there has been no need to consider switching.
What's great about it: Consistency from year-to-year; easy to use.

Rocked my refund

Turbo tax was worth the money for this tax return. I felt like I understood my tax return better than when I had somebody do it for me.
What's great about it: Methodical process got me to the endzone.
What's not so great: After the game it was hard to review the highlights.

Overall Good Experience

Overall I had a good experience using TurboTax. Took me about 2-3 hours to complete our Home Business and Personal Tax sections before doing an E-File. Had to go back a few times to make adjustments, but it was very easy to go back and make corrections. I was a little confused when it came to home business deductions and then making deductions for personal taxes through the business. I hope I got it right. It double checks to try and give you a few more write off even though i didn't need to use them, but hey it tried. Audit tool at the very end was useful also.
What's great about it: Let's you know on a scale the likehood of being audited, Ease of use, ability to go back and adjust, the help tools
What's not so great: Wish it broke item deductions down better, home business deductions could be easier
