Retired, need guidance on Retirement investmets.

Used Turbo Tax for the past 5 or 6 years.
What's great about it: great Tax guidance
What's not so great: need guidance on Retirement investmets.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had a great experience with this product! I really feel like a did a great job on my taxes and saved money while doing it. I'm very impressed.
What's great about it: Loved all the deductions it walks you through
What's not so great: Would like a phone number to contact support for specific questions

Taxes yes, taxing no!

Running a business is tough enough, so when it comes to tax season and you begin your return it is nice to see your savings or your ability to lessen the taxable amount as you work on your return- turbo is easy and I fully trust the program to get my biggest savings.
What's great about it: drop down menus to explain the situation
What's not so great: a few questions could have greater clarity

Frustrating again!

I've used Turbo Tax now for a number of years and each year, this being the worst it seems, I had to review again and redo a number of categories and entries. In addition, much was not transfered from '14 to my '15 tax forms. Not sure what happened, perhaps because this year seemed to be in a different format than my previous TT DVD's. Was 1012 hours preparing my return and then I had to go back and recheck almost all the forms and found blank and incorrect entries. Took twice as long to check than to do the actual return the first time! Rats!
What's great about it: Was structured and readily cross-checkable
What's not so great: Certain items weren't recoreded or had to be entered several times

Simplified!

Confused working with OLD computer and systems. Thought I had lost my former year for auto-transfer and was freaking out. Customer care helped me untangle the various terms....on line, versus desktop. etc. Found what I needed to restart.
What's great about it: Good support for not-so-savvy user

I have used TurboTax for years. I love your product. This year is even easier to use. All the suggestions to get the most refund possible is fantastic! The deduction finder is very helpful. I will use your product in the future.
What's great about it: Gives you the most refund possible!
What's not so great: skipping back to a specific topic is challenging.

2015 Tax Preparation with TurboTax

I'd like to have more explanation and pros/cons for addressing K-1 losses, amortization of those losses, and Carry-Forward losses to subsequent tax years.
What's great about it: Excellent product that walks me through each portion of my tax reporting to IRS and AZ.
What's not so great: K-1 Losses, Amortization, Carry-Forward
