Very unhappy....had to waste a half hour trying to get the audit defense to stay off. You kept sneaking it on.

I liked the idea that I could stop working on the return and pick-up where I left off.no detail was overlooked and I liked the features and support
What's great about it: i felt confident filing my return using turbotax knowing they were very thorough

I have used TurboTax for 20 years, ever since I had to start filing Schedule C. It is easy and accurate and let's me control all aspects of my return
What's great about it: Easy to use, clearly steps through each part
What's not so great: Have to answer many questions that are not applicable

our 2014 taxes were filed by someone who stole out identity using data stolen from Turbo Tax. We will be dealing with this identity Theft for many years to come. What a nightmare!
What's great about it: great with all deductions

Turbo Tax 2015

I own my own business and Turbo Tax has made my life much easier. I record everything in Quicken and then Turbo Tax can download. Not everything downloads smoothly, so I do need to double check figures - and it's definitely easier with Turbo Tax. AND I need to make sure I used the right categories. I've been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years now. "It's Deductible" also makes life MUCH easier!
What's great about it: generally quick and easy; great tech support from tax experts; taxes done fairly quickly and without spending a fortune
What's not so great: still some clunkiness with downloads.
